Thank you for shopping at Luxury Baby. We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During busy periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take longer.

Shipping Destinations and Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and begin after the order has been shipped:

  • Canada: typically 2–7 business days

  • United States: typically 4–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, and remote-area delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • your shipping address

  • package size/weight

  • shipping method selected

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders (if displayed at checkout).

Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order ships.

In Store Pickup

We offer free in store pickup at:

Pickup instructions:

  • Select “Pickup” at checkout.

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup (please do not come before receiving confirmation).

  • Bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

  • Pickup must be collected by the purchaser. If someone else is picking up, please contact us in advance.

Pickup timeline:

  • Orders are typically ready within 1–3 business days.

  • Pickup availability depends on inventory and store hours.

Unclaimed pickup orders:

  • Orders not picked up within 14 days may be cancelled or restocked.

  • Since we do not offer refunds, we may issue store credit at our discretion for unclaimed pickup orders.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (USA Orders)

For U.S. shipments:

  • customs/duties/import fees may apply depending on your location and order value

  • these fees are not included in your order total unless explicitly shown at checkout

  • the customer is responsible for paying any import charges

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • Luxury Baby is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, re-shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier confirms delivery, Luxury Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier first and then contact us for support.

To protect your order, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.
